3. Get a confirmation. The manager checks with her and confirms the time, the place and her rate. Incall means you visit her flat; outcall means she comes to your hotel.
4. Meet and pay in person. You see her, compare her with her photos and only then pay her the agreed rate. Nothing is paid before that moment.
